Installing Stone Veneer on Block

Today I will show you how to install Decorative Stone veneer on this concrete block wall and sitting wall.

First, I like to use REAL stone. This product is a cut stone I get from “Pebble Junction”, right here in Sanford, FL. Its been cut to make installation easier. The stone is similar in thickness and width.

We like to start with making straight lines on the wall to help keep or stone straight. We then apply our thin set to the a back of the stone. The product we use is Flexbond. It’s got a binding agent installed that helps keep it bonded to the block wall. Then simply push it into pace.

We stagger our lines, that helps give this really pretty finished veneered wall.
